In collaboration with Sirius Seminars it is my pleasure to invite you to the first and only conference specifically dedicated to the witnesses of the Phoenix Lights on March 13, 1997 and other related UFO sightings. We would like to record video taped testimony from at least 200 eyewitnesses of the Phoenix Lights and other UFO events for historical documentation and eventual placement within the National Archives for future generations.

This year's conference is dedicated to documenting the hundreds of Witnesses to the Phoenix Lights and other related UFO sightings across the United States and the rest of the world. Over the past ten years since my first close encounter on March 12, 1997 I have met with hundreds of people across the world that have described the most amazing things in our skies, but can't seem to explain them. As witnesses, we do not pretend to have all the answers, but we certainly feel that we have the right to ask the right questions and be free from the kind of discrimination that makes us fear coming forward with our observations. In accordance with our Constitutional Right to Free Speech, we plan to draft The UFO Reporting Act of 2007 – a civil rights initiative to protect citizens who come forward and report UFO's from being terminated or otherwise discriminated against in their employment as a result of their making a UFO report.

Two days after I reported my first UFO encounter I was fired from my job simply because I asked if someone else in the company had seen a UFO on our company CB radio. I can only imagine the kind of pressure and stress that the O'Hare pilots are experiencing right now. Thus your attendance and input in these matters is extremely important in order to show the rest of the world that this is not an isolated phenomenon and that UFO eyewitnesses are ordinary people from all walks of life - having extraordinary encounters that they just want some answers to.

In addition, my good friend Guillermo Chavez Rosette will be appearing to speak with us about some of the ancient traditions and prophecies of the Mayan, Azteca and Hopi with a special emphasis on their relationship to the UFO's now being seen by millions of people across the globe. Guillermo has asked me to help him select 10 people from this conference who would be willing and able to travel with him to Guatemala to participate in sacred initiations with the indigenous Shamans who have been underground since violence broke out in that country over 50 years ago. This is a journey of a lifetime for those who are spiritually ready

1. To record video taped testimony from at least 200 eyewitnesses of the Phoenix Lights and other UFO events for historical placement in the National Archives.

2. To allow eyewitnesses to share information with the top researchers and investigators of the UFO phenomenon, especially those most familiar with the Phoenix Lights.

3. To petition congress and enact The UFO Reporting Act of 2007 - which will give all UFO witnesses specific civil rights and legal protections, making it a felony for any company, government agency or other entity to discriminate or terminate an employee or subcontractor just because they make a UFO report.

4. To appoint 50 volunteers from the conference to be responsible for organizing and executing the petition drive in each one of their assigned state.
